Then we have a unique opportunity for you! The importance of Customer Experience is permeating more and more companies and organizations and is high on the agenda. We are therefore looking for a Senior Analyst (m/f/d) – Customer Experience to join our CX team in Hamburg, München, Nürnberg, Frankfurt or Berlin.

Your responsibilities

  • Leading and managing the implementation of international CX studies
  • Project management including technical setup (survey design, questionnaire, reporting) and troubleshooting
  • Client communication and management
  • Ad hoc data analysis upon client requests/ specification & evaluation of study results
  • Advising client on actions to improve CX performance based on research insights and presenting them to clients
  • Contribute to developing the skills of other team members 

Your profile

  • A completed relevant university education
  • Profound experience in quantitative research activities
  • Very good client communication skills
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to work with or extract meaningful insights and observations from various types of datasets
  • Very good SPSS knowledge
  • High affinity for data analytics. In your new role you will work some of the following software solutions:
    • For data collection (eg. CX platforms like Tivian, Medallia or Qualtrics),
    • For data preparation and analysis (eg.  Python or Alteryx),
    • For data visualization (e.g Tableau or Powerpoint)
  • Fully professional level in English (written and spoken), ideally also in German
