Your responsibilities

  • Align with Global Team on content goals and strategies to reach desired target audience and achieve engagement goals
  • Researching content and consumer trends to develop content that is relevant and appeal
  • Creating content for a variety of platforms including websites, in-app, social media, blogs/ vlogs
  • Ensuring SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented
  • Managing a content calendar, including live events with local leads, and ensuring content is consistent with the global strategy and across all local platforms
  • Keeping up-to-date with content trends, consumer preferences and advancements in technology
  • Tracking and reporting KPIs to adjust strategies to ensure end objective of panelist retention
  • Recommending new or different projects to achieve panelist retention

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in literature, journalism, marketing, communications or similar
  • Minimum of two to four years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications or similar with demonstrated
    • Writing proficiency:  ability to write and edit with speed and accuracy, and to create clear, engaging and informative text
    • Organisational skills: to maintain a calendar and juggle deadlines, ensuring content is submitted on time
  • Ability to smartly brief graphic designers on content design and layout
  • Familiarity with content management systems, such as WordPress, Drupal and Joomla - you will be working with Drupal
  • Excellent computer skills with MS Office
  • Good knowledge of various content platforms, such as social media, blogs, vlogs, podcasts, etc.
  • Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO and SMO
